Mailboxes, doors, porch railings, fences, walls, ceilings, windows, furniture, light posts, etc. In many cases, only a small area will require attention to increase the visual appeal of a property. In others, an overall freshening of living areas or exterior may be needed to provide a significant increase in the value and appearance of a home. We recommend a limited pallette of colors and value priced paint to provide maximum coverage at minimal expense.

LIGHT CONSTRUCTION

We can provide the repair or replacement of items such as: doorknobs, handles, windows, lights, sinks, faucets, railings, floor tile, trim, shelves, etc. Small items previous owners may have ignored can appear as large potential problems or simply a turn-off for potential buyers or renters. We can provide effective remedy while preserving cost control.

ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE REPAIR

Evidence of water damage, smoke damage (from fire or resident smoker), mold and mildew: this damage can stop buyers or renters in their tracks. We provide repair of damaged areas, drying of affected areas, application of treatment products and final finishing to minimize or eliminate the impact the damage has on resale.

FLOORING

Damaged floor tile, abraded hardwood, dirty or damaged carpet- nothing says “goodbye!” like a poor first impression. The first step is cleaning or resurfacing. In cases where repair or total replacement is needed, we can provide low-cost high quality flooring replacement.
